Description
The function returns the frequency, which will map to Freq after the bilinear transformation has been aplied. The mapping is defined as ([1], p. 338, eq 8.28):
Result = (2/Pi)*ArcTan(Freq/(2*FS));
FS defines the sampling frequency. T = 1/FS.
