Use this object to construct and evaluate piece-wise polynomials. Key properties of the object can initialized by interpolation routines: Spline1D and Linear1D. Additional properties like BreaksOffset,BreaksStep, EquidistantBreaks and SortedValues must be set manually. Setting this properties can significantly improve the performance.

NOTE: All vector and matrices, used in TPiecePoly properties/methods must be real.
